RUSSIANS. 3of10 Russian schools in Tallinn have taken it up to the law to teach most of the classes in Estonian, rather than in Russian. Tallinn chartMany Russian also live in Narva which is located in the East side of Estonia and is the third biggest city in Estonia.Narva has inhabitants. 94% of them are Russian-speakers and 83% ethnic Russians. Narva(East-Virumaa) Tallinn Tallinn, the capital of Estonia with the population of 400K people, has almost 40% of Russians is a relatively big amount. Most of the Russians have above average living standard and have trouble with Estonian language or dont speak it at all. Having lots of non- Estonian speaking Russians in Tallinn can be a great problem. The amount of Russians living in Tallinn is increasing yearly.

More workers for jobs which may not be accepted or popular by others. For cultural diversity, which can help with tolerance and understanding. Immigrants also bring different dishes.
