5 Objective: To secure accurate & actionable student counts/visits from the LRC facilities that can be used for fact based analysis, decisions & recommendations. Goal: Develop a model that measures the relationship between students’ success rate & LRC activity in terms of visit frequencies, hours visited and other programmed activities. To accomplish this the following steps were recommended: 1. Modify current LRC data point of entry format with agreed upon changes approved by LRC Coordinators. This format categorize 100% of visits. 2. Test feasible of the model using math 090 & math 096 data. 3. Upon successful completion of the model, distribute a formal report on results at the end of each fall & spring semester. Next Steps: Source: R&P Dept. XCJH.3.3.9
