2 DoIT Billing Project $310K project lifetime (Approximate) Laws of 2011, Ch. 179, Section 4, Department of Information Technology (3) Equipment Replacement Revolving Funds. The DoIT Billing project is in response to a the Department of Information Technologies (DoIT) need to: Ensure timely delivery of accurate invoices, Replace an unsupported mission critical application (CIMS), Provide secure, online detailed invoice information for DoIT customers and Streamline internal billing processes.
3 Implementation Phase Release of Funds Upon careful review of state owned options the Project Team recommended, and the Steering Committee approved, the selection of: IBM Tivoli Usage Account Manager (TUAM) selected as preferred platform Ease of migration path Robust data collection feature set Online billing detail for customers Flexible accounting adjustments
4 Request for Implementation Phase Release of Funds Other pre-implementation activities: Formalized Executive Steering Committee (ESC), project team, roles/responsibilities, Software reinstatement, $100K, Established firm implementation cost, $210K, Developing Professional Services contract utilizing SPA #60-000-00-00104 as the procurement vehicle.
