Remarks:-
This was the first order installation of MaxCell in Chembur, MTNL Mumbai through contractors.
There were four mm empty conduit and have to installed 27 nos. of cables (combination of 12 & 18mm).
There were an hand hole in between manhole. it is 89m from one and 134m from other manhole. Contractor first installed rope in all four conduit.
Successfully installed 3 nos. of EM three cell MaxCell in three of mm conduit while fourth conduit left out for future use.
Deployed 6 cables (2 x 14mm & 4 x 12mm) in two EM MaxCell in first mm conduit. 4 cables (2x 18mm & 2 x 14mm) in second mm conduit. And 2 x 12mm cables in third conduit.. Fourth for future use.

Remarks:-
In this starch only one mm conduit was available while apart from two manhole there were 12 & 24 nos. of mm conduit available.
50m of this stretch was along with bridge while remaining was under the foot path.
We installed 3 nos. of EM MaxCell and further deploy one 18mm cable in one of the cell successfully.
Now there are provision of 8 nos of cable to installed in future.
