6 After the assessment Final report: advice on job orientation Added value: accessible to high and low skilled people participants can work at their own level in a practical way awareness of own competencies growing self-confidence motivation and activation towards employment

7 Skills audit on neighbourhood level Skills audit in SUCCES project = translation of the assessment program to a more accessible and approachable skills audit that can be organised on neighbourhood level

8 Step 1: What do we want to measure? What is the goal of the neigbourhood skills audit? Insight in the present skills? Testing on employability? How many competencies and skills tested? … APPRECIATIVE INQUIRY Eg. Talent management in social economy (toolbox)

9 Step 2: Approachable assignments Multiple assignments to measure multiple competencies Seperate modules Fulltime assessment: too intensive Assignments: - interesting (for men, women, young, old, …) - with clear results - not creating a feeling of testing or judging !!! Beware of hidden agenda Group assignments vs. individual assignments
