Comparing the Candidates on the Issues According to the Bible

Exodus 20:15 You shall not steal. Exodus 20:17 You shall not covet your neighbors house. You shall not covet your neighbors wife, or his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.

President Obama has put forward a specific, balanced plan of spending cuts and revenue increases that reduce the deficit by more than $4trillion over the next decade, including $1 trillion in spending cuts he signed into law last summer as part of a deal with congressional Republicans.

4,429,229,286,675.85 Nov. 4, 1993 10,626,877,048,913.08 Jan. 20, 2008 16,172,550,419,211.18 Oct. 13, 2012

The Congressional Budget Office concluded that the president's budget would add less to the country's debt than if lawmakers simply extend a number of favored policies, such as the Bush era tax cuts. It would also shrink annual deficits to the point where they no longer are growing faster than the economy. And president's budget would add $6.4 trillion in deficits between 2013 and 2022, the CBO said.

The top 1% of federal tax filers -- those with adjusted gross incomes of at least $343,927 in 2009. They earned nearly 17% of all AGI in the country and paid more than a third (37%) of all federal income taxes collected by the government.

Federal income taxes, meanwhile, don't reflect a household's total federal tax burden. That leaves out things like payroll taxes, estate taxes and corporate taxes.

Asking millionaires to pay their fair share No household making more than $1 million each year should pay a smaller share of their income in taxes than a middle-class family pays. How much is fair?

Cap Federal spending below 20% of economy Increase domestic energy resources Reduce taxes on job creation through individual and corporate tax reform Stop the increases in regulation that are entangling job creators in red tape

U.S. Presidential Candidate Spending Analysis – Mitt Romney Total Net Spending Agenda: -$353.005 billion (savings) Federal Government Reform: -$383.409 billion (savings)

Romans 13:Let every soul be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and the authorities that exist are appointed by God. 2 Therefore whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God, and those who resist will bring judgment on themselves. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to evil. Do you want to be unafraid of the authority? Do what is good, and you will have praise from the same. 4 For he is Gods minister to you for good. But if you do evil, be afraid; for he does not bear the sword in vain; for he is Gods minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil.

God-ordained role of government- Romans 13:3-4 delineates the governments responsibilities, which are, quite simply, to punish evil deeds, reward good deeds, and render justice. So, God has given the government certain duties, but enforcing, endorsing or interfering with a particular system of worship is not among them.

The Supreme Court rejected the Obama administrations argument that it can dictate who churches hire as ministers or clergy in Hosanna-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church and School v. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Romney-The first right in America is the right to religious freedom. And religious tolerance has been part of Americas culture from our Constitution and Declaration of Independence days. And the idea that the President would impose on the Catholic Church actions which are contrary to the teachings of the Church is simply wrong, and its a violation of Constitutional principles, in my view. Its the wrong course to take. I will defend religious liberty. And religious tolerance, religious liberty, they are part of the grounding of America, and I will defend them.

Psalm 139:13 New King James Version (NKJV) 13 For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mothers womb.

What President Obama Has Done What Mitt Romney Would Do O= Committed to protecting a womans right to choose R= Backed a bill to outlaw all abortions – even in cases of rape or incest O= Opposed attempts to defund Planned Parenthood R= Slash family planning funding, and get rid of funding for Planned Parenthood

Mitt Romney is committed to overturning Roe v. Wade, and has said he would get rid of Planned Parenthood.

Lev. 18: 22 You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination. 23 Nor shall you mate with any animal, to defile yourself with it. Nor shall any woman stand before an animal to mate with it. It is perversion.

Romans 1:26-28 For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. 27 Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due. 28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting;

Homosexuality President Obama was the first sitting president to publicly announce his support for marriage for same-sex couples, and has always believed LGBT Americans should be treated fairly and equally. Mitt Romney would enshrine discrimination into the Constitution with an amendment to ban marriage for same-sex couples.

Repealing Dont Ask, Dont Tell President Obama repealed Dont Ask, Dont Tell, so that gay and lesbian service members no longer have to lie about who they are to serve the country they love. Mitt Romney refused to support the repeal of Dont Ask, Dont Tell, and would have left the policy in place.

Genesis 12:3 I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you;

Restoring Americas standing around the world President Obama has strengthened our alliances around the world with friends like Israel, our NATO allies, and our partners in Asia and Latin America. And he has brought together international coalitions to confront shared challenges, such as Irans nuclear program.

Obama declared that the Arab-Israeli conflict should indeed be resolved along the 1967 lines with mutually agreed swaps. Obama three days later, By definition, it means that the parties themselves Israelis and Palestinians will negotiate a border that is different from 1967.

Obama has undermined Israels negotiating position. He is demanded that Israel go into peace talks having already forfeited its claim to the territory won in the 67 war its only bargaining chip. Remember: That 67 line runs right through Jerusalem. The idea that Judaisms holiest shrine is alien to them or that Jerusalems Jewish Quarter is rightfully or historically or demographically Arab is squarely against the Bible.

He (Romney) will make clear to the Palestinians that the unilateral attempt to decide issues that are designated for final negotiations by the Oslo Accords is unacceptable. The United States will reduce assistance to the Palestinians if they continue to pursue United Nations recognition or form a unity government that includes Hamas, a terrorist group dedicated to Israels destruction.

The United States must work as a country to resist the worldwide campaign to delegitimize Israel. We must fight against that campaign in every forum and label it the anti-Semitic poison that it is. Israels existence as a Jewish state is not up for debate.
