OBAR has specialized in radon and VOC reduction for over 25 years.
Our projects include everything from single family homes
to 500,000 sq. ft. commercial buildings . We are the first NJDEP/EPA contractor to be approved for Testing, Design and Installation services in Pompton Lakes. Obar designed and installed the first 3rd party mitigation system.

3. OBAR SYSTEMS BUILDING DIAGNOSTICS
Sub Slab Depressurization Systems used for VOC remediation require diagnostic data to produce a cost effective design that meets the goals of the client.
With so much at stake it only makes sense to use the best equipment available. We use pressure differential monitors capable of reading values
of .0001” WC. Where none existed we created
our own series of diagnostic vacuums capable
of outperforming stock vacuums by 250%. We have provided our services to Environmental
firms, LSRP's and individual homeowners.
In 2010 OBAR set a precedent by being the first 3rd party contractor to be approved by both EPA and NJDEP to provide diagnostics and design services to the residents of Pompton Lakes NJ
OBAR diagnostic VAC capable of 140 CFM and 120” WC 100% speed controlled dual stage motor with a built in pitot tube. OBAR uses a multistage filter system that reduces discharge contamination by 99.7%
