3 Task-Configuration Setting
Problem 1: CPU goes to stop Solution: ‘Task configuration’ in ‘execution system’ should NOT be set at ‘error reaction with program error’ with CPU in Stop but ExcutionFaultTask If the reason is task overflow, then ‘Task configuration’ in ‘execution system’ can be set at ‘number of level overflows in the loop clock’ max. 5 Solution

Setting of Jerk Problem 6: Trolley starts up too slowly 6s (ramp-up=4s, V_max=4216.5mm/s, jerk=600mm/s^3) Solution: increasing jerk (till V2.0 SP1) or reduce jerk-time (at V2.0 SP2) Jerk = (maximum_speed/ramp uptime) / Jerk_time High jerk (2000)  shorter jerk_time (0.5s) Solution

13 Project copy and paste Problem 7: Copy old application project to use for new project, upgrading with new Crane Libraries, the same function doesn’t work. Solution: remove the old connections, see attachment Solution User Application Project should be updated in certain time interval by using the standard-application of Simocrane Basic Technology

14 Axis Switchover Problem 8: Axis switchover takes too long time
Solution: Optimizing PLC-Program Change setting of an internal parameter of Sinamics (only for Sinamics FW V2.6), please contact Siemens Cranes Solution
