4. Termination Notices Effective from 31 Jul or 31 Aug. Departure prior to termination date must be communicated to RALSU in writing.

5. Alteration Notices HQ BFG posts transferring to BI. New JD enclosed. 2 week period to respond. No response will result in termination effective from 31 Aug or departure date if earlier. Contracts to be issued at a later date by Gut GLSU.

6. Leave Employment up to 31 Aug = 20 days. Pro rata 2.5 days per month. Leave exhausted prior to departure. No payment in lieu if not taken other than exceptional circumstances.

7. Gratuities Eligibility - 2 continuous complete years service. 1/3 months wage for each complete year. Based on best consecutive 12 months regular earnings over last 3 years. Payable on posting or transfer. Processing time approx 6 – 12 weeks. Paid to GE bank acct or UK cheque to forwarding address.

8. Next Steps Transferees: Return declaration. Apply for Gratuity if required. Contract and JD issued prior to new employment by Gütersloh GLSU.

9. Next Steps Leaving on posting. Prior to 31 Aug inform RALSU. RALSU produce and issue BFG 126. Where applicable gratuity applied for and processed.

10. Points to note Transferees will maintain current grade pay where grades have been reduced. BFG 126 is equivalent to P45, therefore required as proof of previous employment. Should personal or business requirements change, amendments maybe issued.
