2 Centre of Expertise (OSKE) Program Earlier program periodNew centre expertise program (OSKE) is a government’s special program agreeable to the law for development of the regionsThe Ministry of Employment and the Economy coordinates the program
3 OSKE program21 Centers of Expertise coordinate regional projects which are financed 50% by the Ministry of Employment and the Economy and 50% by regions (cities, communities etc).In 2007 budged of these projects was 8,4 million €.
4 OSKE Cluster Program13 National Clusters of Expertise are coordinated and financed (80%) by the Ministry of Employment and the Economy. The rest of the finance comes from regions (cities, communities etc.)Joint projects are favored and are coordinated by cluster coordinators. Volume of the joint projects was 2,6 million € in 2007.
