How do we work? The company gives MD Medic Direct all the available information regarding the employee in sick leave (by fax or , with a copy of the family doctor leave statement or baja) The medical department in MD Medic Direct immediately starts studying the case MD Medic Direct, periodically informs the company of the expected duration of the sick leave MD Medic Direct, contacts the employee in sick leave, offering him/her support and helping him/her in managing sickness MD Medic Direct, contacts family doctors, the National Health Service or Medical Panels, as appropriate Resolution 3November 13
