Mice cured of CT26.WT-hHER2 tumors with DS-8201a (10 mg/kg, once a week, twice, i.v.) were rechallenged with CT26.WT-mock or CT26.WT-hHER2 cells (s.c. inoculation), and tumor growth was determined.
