3 Description of functionality To Do list: – Calls to make – Letters to write – Orders to make Day plan: – Which patient was in the office and how long Day report: – What was documented during the visit Appointment scheduler: – Schedule the visit – Plan surgeries – Organize the capacities

4 Description of functionality (2) Workflow management / day list: – Organize visit of patient on day of visit – Additional tests – Organize scheduling of further visits – Checking and test interpretation on day of visit or after visit Print basket: – Prescriptions to print on other printer – Letters, patient information to fill in and print at other station from other team member Sticky notes: – Quick info which applies to day of visit (e.g. patient is in a hurry, patient is accompanied by …) – Don´t enter medical data because sticky notes are not part of the medical record – In the settings it can be enabled as a pop up upon record access
