13 To improve the quality of life for individual Indians and Indian families living on or near Indian reservations To protect children, the elderly and the disabled from abuse and neglect To assist the needy in acquiring the most basic needs in life: food, clothing, shelter To protect against the separation of and to assist with the reunification of Indian families

14 To maintain law and order on tribal lands To protect life and property To empower tribal law enforcement agencies and tribal governments to uphold tribal sovereignty and customs Increased funding needed for the hiring of additional Police Officers and competent staff and Judges

15 To provide essential support to Tribes and Indian Allottees in the development of renewable and conventional energy resources To address the demand for increased Bureau involvement & services in all aspects of the Oil & Gas industries To ensure all regulatory requirements are enforced To provide improved customer services to tribes and Individual Indian Allottees
