9 III. Grants to the U.S. (B) MOE Mandarin Enrichment Scholarship Program Year Number of U.S. Recipients To encourage international students to enhance their Mandarin language skills in Taiwan, the MOE is supporting 266 Mandarin Enrichment Scholarships from 52 countries in 2010.
