Web Servers and Web Technology iWeb Machines There are two dedicated machines for Web Servers and Web Technology: iweb1.cs.rmit.edu.au iweb2.cs.rmit.edu.au Directories for all student accounts in /iweb/username Your yallara home directory is mounted on iweb machine, therefore you can see your yallara home directory from iweb machine, but not vice versa. Web Servers and Web Technology Unix Basic In order to successfully complete this subject, it is advisable that you learn a bit about Unix basic commands. In this course, you will use Unix commands to do the followings: Change directory. Create a file. Edit a text file. Copy and move a file. Create a directory. The first lab gives an introduction to Unix and Iweb machine.
