9 Awarded new research projects RP-1450, TRANSPORT OF CONTAMINANTS FROM GARAGES ATTACHED OR INTEGRAL TO LOW-RISE RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS, was awarded to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign for a period of 18 months at a total cost to ASHRAE of $174,539. RP-1608, DEVELOPMENT OF LOAD-BASED METHOD OF TEST FOR LIGHT COMMERCIAL UNITARY HVAC, was awarded to Oklahoma State University for a period of 24 months at a total cost to ASHRAE of $128,302. RP-1629, TESTING AND MODELING ENERGY PERFORMANCE OF ACTIVE CHILLED BEAM SYSTEMS, was awarded to University of Colorado - Boulder for a period of 18 months at a total cost to ASHRAE of $140,259.
