Where has need for review come from? Making charity more democratic, accountable and transparent. To comply with OSCR requirements P&R as Trustees was an interim measure
Task and Finish group formed the relationship with CILIP and associated agreements; engagement with the membership in Scotland; the role of trustees and OSCR requirements; affordability Changes to rules and regulations.
The process Draft Rules Regulations on Web Introduction at AGM June 2012 by Alan Reid Consultation period announced Extension of Consultation period to 2013 Consultation events with members- Glasgow – Sept 2012, Aberdeen - Nov 2012 Edinburgh– Mar 2013
