Public IP Address will be provided upon implementation Pre-shared key – 16 alphanumeric characters Peering Option – Phase 1 3DES – Encryption method for confidentiality SHA1 – Authentication method for integrity DH Group – 2 for cryptographic strength Keylife = sec (before it expires & generates new key) NAT Traversal = Enabled Peering Option – Phase 2 3DES – Encryption method for confidentiality SHA1 – Authentication method for integrity Auto Key Keep Alive = Enabled (keeps the tunnel even if no data is processed) VPN Connectivity to Mediaocean Client inbound and outbound ports must be open and remain open going forward Client Inbound Ports This information will be provided upon implementation ICMP must also be allowed Note: the following configuration changes are required if using a Cisco PIX device: timeout conn 72:00:00 half-closed 0:10:00 udp 0:02:00 rpc 0:10:00 h225 1:00:00

7 Mediaocean OX Installer Instructions – PC
Installing OX Unzip the MediaBankOX.msi installer provided by Mediaocean Double-click the MediaBankOX installer and click the Install button The install wizard will launch and start the installation of the OX application OX will automatically install on the machine When the installation is finished, a confirmation message will display Click the Finish button to close the window and complete the process Uninstalling OX Click the Start button and select Control Panel Click Add/Remove Program Select MediaBankOX and click Uninstall Access Windows Explorer and select C:\Program Files Delete the MediaBankOX folder from the machine

8 Mediaocean OX Installer Instructions – Mac
Installing OX Unzip the MediaBankOX installer provided by Mediaocean Double-click the MediaBankOX.mpkg installer The install wizard will launch and start the installation of the OX application Press Continue and accept the Software License Agreement OX will install the application and a confirmation message will display when installation is completed Click the Finish button to close the window and complete the process Uninstalling OX Go to the Applications folder on the Mac Right-click the folder and select Move to Trash The OX application will be removed from the machine
