2 SITUATION Imagine the dialogue takes place in an airport. Consider that youre the Receptionist and the guard. Treat your trainer as the passenger and build conversation with clues given in every slide. NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION TO BUILD CONVERSATIONS.

3 AT THE SECURITY GATE NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO BUILD CONVERSATION WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED CLUES. 1.Asking for the Ticket and ID proof. 2.Thanking the security. 3.Proceeding to the Check in counter.

4 1.Greet the passenger. 2.Recheck the passenger with ticket and ID proof. 3.Enquring about the baggage's to the passenger. AT THE CHECK-IN COUNTER NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO BUILD CONVERSATION WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED CLUES.

5 AT THE CHECK-IN COUNTER 4.Providing a security tag for passengers cabin-baggage. 5.Thanking the passenger for cooperation. NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO BUILD CONVERSATION WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED CLUES.

6 TRY A CONVERATION WITH YOUR TEACHER NOW CONSIDER YOURSELF AS THE PASSENGER AND YOUR TRAINER AS THE RECEPTIONIST AND GUARD. PLAY THE ROLE VICE-VERSA. a)AT THE SECURITY GATE b) AT THE CHECK IN COUNTER NOTE:MAKE THE KID TO BUILD CONVERSATIONS WITH YOU WITH THE ABOVE CLUES.

8 1)Asking the passenger what seat he wants? 2)Tell him choices of seat that is provided. a)Aisle b)window 3)Give the passenger the seat number. NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO BUILD CONVERSATION WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED CLUES.

9 1)Ask the passenger to put his mobile phone and lap top in tray. 2)Request the passenger to drop his baggage's for machine check. 3)Remind the passenger to collect his luggage after check. 4)Inform the passenger to proceed to security check. NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO BUILD CONVERSATION WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED CLUES.

10 1)Request passenger to show boarding pass. 2)Ask the passenger to empty his pockets. 3)Permit the passenger to go after check. AT THE SECURITY CHECK NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO BUILD CONVERSATION WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED CLUES.
