4 27 June W&E: Goals Capacity: safely sustain airspace and airport capacity under all weather conditions (storms, wind, low visibility, etc.) Environment: minimise negative impact of air transport on the environment (emission, noise, smell)

5 27 June W&E: results (1) Flight movement inventory (EEC, Volpe, FAA) Result? Promising co-ordinated US/EU-activity to create a single flight movement database Users? Policy makers and climate change scientists Issues? How accurate must the model be?
