3 Vit A: -refers fat, improve eyesight, fight off virus, physiological activities -found in: carrots, kale, spinach, melons, beef, sweet potatoes, peppers Vit C: -protect cells, Improve iron absorption, regenerate -found in: papaya, pineapple, oranges, kale, strawberries, broccoli Vit D: - regulation bone health, muscle health, immune response, insulin, blood sugar, calcium, phosphorus metabolism - found in: salmon, sardines, milk, mushrooms, egg
