Claims Process Outpatient Reimbursement Claims AXA will credit your preferred bank account in the currency of your choice. *Note: All claims must be submitted within 60 days of treatment. Timeline: Upon receipt of claim form and receipts by post, AXA will process within three weeks time.
Reflect Geophyscial will pay 100% of employee premiums. Offshore Employees have the option to add their Spouse and/or Children* to the plan at rates subsidized 50% by Reflect Geophysical. *Children are eligible up to Age 21 Coverage for your Family
