2 6th Asia Disciples Escoffier Young Talent 3 rd, 4 th and 5 th September th Asia Disciples Escoffier Young Talent 3 rd, 4 th and 5 th September 2013 Disciples Escoffier International Asia is proud and happy to welcome you to join our 6th DEYT Edition, which will take place in Hong Kong, from the 3rd to the 5th of September 2013, during the Show « Restaurant & Bar » in the Hong Kong Convention Center. Candidates from our 8 Asia Delegations will represent their country, and will fight to win the flying ticket to go in France for the World Disciples Escoffier Young Talent 2014 ! During 3 days, and in 3 rounds, the Disciples Escoffier Young Chefs will demonstrate their skills and their best, through the recipes of Auguste Escoffier Guide Culinaire ! Additionally, Chef Régis Marcon, Disciples Escoffier International World President, and Doctor George Halpern, International well known Professor, will propose 2 events about mushrooms, their benefits, and their cookings, etc....

6 2 Michelin Star Amber Dinner Tuesday, September 3rd, th Disciples Escoffier Young Talent RICHARD EKKEBUSE is now regarded as one of the best Chefs in Hong Kong. Having trained under Michelin-starred Dutch Chefs Hans Snijders and Robert Kranenborg, Ekkebus refined his techniques working with French Masters such as Alain Passard, Guy Savoy and Pierre Gagnaire. From there, he spent time honing his skills in Mauritius and Barbados before bringing his commitment and skills to Amber in His 45-strong team of talented Chefs share his committed work ethic and under his leadership have won two Michelin Stars for three years running. 7 6 th Disciples Escoffier Young Talent LOUIS ANTOINE GIROUD has passion for Food, Wines, and Cuisine. During his career he had the chance to work under many renowned Chefs. In 2007, Louis- Antoine decided to open his own restaurant in Lyon, the "126" ; immediately the success arrived and he was recommended in several guids of Lyon. In 2010, when renowned Master Chef Robert Fontana proposed him to join his team in Shanghai, his answer was immediately positive. He just arrived in Hong Kong join the IPC++Foodlabs adventures to diffuse the Art of Healthy Food….
