UniversitAy Park and NW Retirement Village Schedule Authorization of Assignment The University hereby authorizes the management and operation of certain University facilities and programs to the Corporation from time to time set forth herein. The facilities and programs so assigned to as Assigned Functions. Such facility or program may be assigned, and thereby become an Assigned Function, following the request of the Corporation upon the determination by the President of the University that such assignment is in the best interests of the University. - UWF BEI - Master Mgmt.
