2 Services Québec Established in 2005 by the Act respecting Services Québec 880 employees Mission: To offer Quebecers and businesses throughout Québec a single multiservice window for simplified access to public services –Government of Quebec Portal (www.gouv.qc.ca) –Service counter (88 offices throughout Québec) –Telephone (nearly 300 agents)
3 What Quebecers have told us Quebecers do not know where to find the information that they need. They are not sure that they know about all of the programs intended for them.
4 What Quebecers have told us Dealings with the government are time- consuming and the same information must be provided to different government departments and agencies.
5 We reorganized the service offer to present it according to life events, regardless of administrative structures. Our response
