Drug dispensing for Primary Health Care Screen Then fill in all drugs dispensed
Injury on Duty Screen Then do diagnosis and drugs as for Primary Health Care Choose a cause from a pre-defined list for cause
Other Input Screens include: Pre-Employment Medicals Audiometry Pulmonary Function Testing Drug Stock Control : Purchase/Dispensing/Stock Taking Absenteeism

Monthly reports include: Occupational Health Reports: Progress Report for completion of medicals Audiometry Report Pulmonary Function Report IOD – stats / analysis most common diagnoses Primary Health Care Reports Most common diagnoses (eg influenza, diabetes, conjunctivitis) Most common complaints (eg cough, headache) Procedures (counseling/referrals/blood tests) Sick Certificate Analysis
Conclusion Reports to be useful and varied for both medical and management purposes. Clinsys will not do the thinking for the practitioner Clinsys will help to analyze the collected data. Herein lies the reward for maintaining the system.
