8. IT Problems IPPMC is facing an update issue. NEXTGEN 5.5 can be operated in Windows XP; XP is out dated in the market so they wanted to upgrade to Windows 7. The main problem for NEXTGEN software version 5.5 is the compatibility with Windows 7. So, they have to upgrade the software to version 5.6. NEXTGEN 5.5 and 5.6, neither of them support the pain templates for the center.

9. Solutions NEXTGEN 5.6 and Windows 7 both are in the market. They can easily be upgraded. In order to upgrade, they need to back up every templates, introduce both software to the system and run a test for quality assurance. Test the data base and make a lead to product base.
