Improved Mixing The XP utilizes a patent- pending “Moderated Shear Mixing” technique providing superior smokeless performance. This is achieved by optimizing turbulence in the steam/air/flare gas mixing zone. Previous Next Press ESC to return to main menu

9 Increased Secondary Air Efficiency
The XP uses multiple small- diameter tubes. These tubes allow open paths for secondary air to be entrained and mixed into the flame prior to combustion. Saves more than 30% of the steam used by current technologies at the same smokeless capacity. Uses much less standby steam (cooling steam) than existing technologies.
