6 Case 1: HYLITE (ICT-based DE for In-service teachers) I am proud to be a graduate teacher of ICT-based PGSD PJJ. I experience lots of changes in terms of my teaching and learning, especially on the use of ICT, internet, email and others. With my ICT skills, I am now already selected to be the guru pamong of KKG BERMUTU at my cluster as well as at provincial level. I now have the ability to develop ICT-based learning media such as PowerPoint, and making classroom teaching more interesting for students using ICT Hopefully this program will be continued to the graduate level (S1 PJJ PGSD ICT Graduates Unnes)

14 IT EducatorsMultimedia EducationLearning Design to be effective and creative ICT educators who possess the competency of integrating information technology in education, having a global perspective on the use of digital culture for education professionals in the various disciplines (Math, English, Sciences, Business & Economics, and Creative Media). The graduates will also hold to professional ethics, and contribute to community development throughout the study period. The program will nurture technological, art and pedagogical skills for educators and equip students with entrepreneurship and leadership skills. to be effective and creative educators who are competent on designing, developing, conducting research and producing a variety of graphics, database, animation and software, and multimedia learning packages for various educational settings. The graduates will also hold to professional ethics, and contribute to community development throughout the study period. To be effective and creative learning designers who are competent to design, develop and provide an exciting range of learning resources that inspire, captive and educate students, and facilitate the ongoing development of company employees and managers to update knowledge and gain insight into the role of new technology and its profound impact on the nature of business processes. 15 ICT-Learning Experience 75,28 % students are positive toward their ICT-based learning experience. 24,72% reported negative experience: accessibility, increase expenses, technical and systems gaps. 69, 66% students are supporting the application of ICT-based learning in SSE, while 34% are wanting to stay with the conventional face-to-face delivery: technical and systems gaps. In early 2010, all dimensions in ICT Toolkits were considered at undeveloped or fundamental stage by the faculty members. In early 2012, mostly are considered at proficient stage. The lecturers have positive perception toward implementation ICT-based learning in SSE, but raise some factors to be considered such as technology and systems gap, interactive and characters building, reward and sanctions, and change management.
