2 Aim & Purpose The aim of this unit is for learners to develop an understanding of the lifestyle factors that can affect athletic performance. Learning Outcomes: 1.Know how lifestyle can affect athletes 2.Know the importance of appropriate behaviour for athletes 3.Know how to communicate effectively with the media and significant others 4.Be able to produce a career plan
