You will be asked to provide your E-Way order number. Please have this number available. Backorders Item availability is noted in E-Way when you place your order. Backorders will be noted on your Pack Slip. Backorders are normally delivered within 1-3 business days. Backorders will automatically ship as soon as the product becomes available. There is no need to reorder. Backorders are never billed before they ship. If an item will be unavailable for an extended period of time, you may be contacted by Customer Care for appropriate action. In the unlikely event that you have not received your backordered item* within five business days, contact Corporate Express Customer Care at 1.888.CE TODAY (1.888.238.6329) for backorder status. (*except for special orders or orders not processed through E-Way). Please have your E-Way order number available. Urgent or Emergency Orders If you absolutely need a product overnight (i.e. last minute presentation or unexpected project due yesterday), you should always call Customer Care to check on product availability. If we dont have the product, we can work to find it or suggest an acceptable alternate solution, which can then be ordered by the Customer Service Advisor. Missing Items Inspect your order carefully against packing list upon arrival. Review order to see if item is actually missing or has just been backordered or the part number has changed. Contact your Customer Care Team by fax or phone; they will insure the problem is corrected. Report Order #, Item # and Quantity from packing list. Report the item received in place of your missing item, if any. ORDER STATUS

JUST LET US KNOW: On-Line: Return to the On-Line ordering site, select Returns from the menu, complete the information, and submit your return request. By Phone (1.888.238.6329): Have your packing list ready when speaking to Customer Service as your customer number, order number, items to return, a reason for your return, contact information and method of return will be required. What Happens Next? Customer Service promptly will issue a Return Request, which is given to your delivery driver who will pick up your return from Uof L Central Receiving. Departments are responsible for getting merchandise to Uof L Central Receiving personal, they can be contacted at 852-5890. You will receive credit for the item(s) returned upon verification of condition received. Corporate Express has a clear and consistent return policy to support your needs… RETURN POLICY Please return products in re-saleable condition (original, unmarked package) within 30 days of receipt of your order. (Returns over 60 days old may incur a restocking charge) For health and safety reasons, food, beverage, or first aid items are not returnable. Corporate Express can only issue credit for items purchased from Corporate Express. Corporate Express makes every effort to be fair and reasonable with regard to returns. To obtain a Corporate Express Sourcebook call 1888-CE TODAY or 1-888-238-6329 If you need an order the following day, make sure to place the order before 5PM local time. Be sure that the quantities and units-of-measure are accurate on your orders before submitting (Orders cannot be modified or cancelled through E-Way once they are submitted). Here are some E-Way features that will help make your online shopping experience a pleasant one… ADVANCED SEARCH FILTERS can greatly reduce the number of results a search will yield, making it much easier to find a specific product. For example, you can search for only contract items, recycled items, or only items in your own or your companys order history. THE ITEM NOTE FIELD can be used to help organize each item in your order. For example, enter the persons name for whom the item is being ordered. This information will appear on your packing slip for easy reference when the order arrives. SHIPPING STATUS allows you to track the status of your order and verify who signed for your delivery and when they signed for it. Go to MY ORDERS MY ORDERS provides easy access to your orders submitted through E-Way. Personal Orders- allows any University of Louisville employee to take advantage of the same pricing offered to the University for their own purchases! Simply call 1-888-238-6329 and tell customer service that you would like to set up a personal account under Account #15708297, they will ask you for your name, phone #, email address and shipping and credit card information. You will be emailed your login information for your own personal account that will ship to your home.
