4. History Over 60 years of tradition in Automotive Industry : The factory was founded in the year 1905 with textile weaving mill program. Electrotechnical production of low voltage equipment was established in the year 1942. Since the year 1948 was factory incorporated into PAL state enterprise PRAHA – Kbely (PAL n.p.). There was settled manufacturing program of electrotechnical components for automotive industry. In the year 1990 was state enterprise changed into join stock company (PAL Inc.). Later on, in the year 1995 was this join stock company transformed into Holding company PAL Praha – Kbely, where one of the daugter companies was our factory - Autopříslušenství Hajnice. In september 1996 was factory privatisated by H.L.F. Ltd which is Czech private company.

5. Final products : Switch technology - Rocker Switches - Push switches - Push Buttons - Steering Column Switches Accessories - Terminals, Signal lamps, Holders, Connectors, Wire Harnesses. Production of metal parts acc. to Customer´s specification. Metal cold pressed parts (contact systems, holders,….) and turned parts.
