Results after 2 months 7 Participant: I have gained a lot of Knowledge about Fleet management after this training which I never had one before. This training would help me to be more organized in future Manager: His performance in fleet management has improved a lot. He has managed the fleet efficiently The last minute requests are reduced by 30% and the vehicle usage has increased to 80% The notice to put in all vehicles with seat belts, the making were seat belts in vehicles, the reducing the last minute request 60% Reducing the fuel usage by 10% was possible because I reduce also the last minute planning and ask the driver to drive the car with a better control, using alternative road and especially making maintenance on time.
