2 Stanislaw Staszic College of Public Administration in Bialystok was funded by the Foundation in Support of Local Democracy in Warsaw in October 1996

3 WSAP is a non-state and non-profit institution of higher education.

6 Since 1998 WSAP has been based in the historic Lubomirski Palace, located in a picturesque park complex meeting the needs of modern teaching methods

29 Teaching foreign languages WSAP offers facultative foreign language courses in every language chosen by a group of students. WSAP is an Examination Centre for The European Language Certificates (TELC).
