The realisation of each of smaller projects (competition, exhibitions, organisation of the festivities, helping the guest and lecturers etc) – made possible the join the participation of all persons and groups of schools community. Again, it was confirmed, how is the role of the method of projects for the integration of team of people, for discovering of individual possibilities and abilities, for developing team skills, for breaking of psychological barriers between groups of people in communities, finally in activation of pupils, teachers and parents.
HST 2005 - Miroslaw Los - Poland27 School - Festival of Science and Competition as any other projects will not replace the systematic learning and strenuous climbing to the peaks of knowledge and skills, but this is the indispensable element of development of personality of pupils and … teachers. This type of activity should be fascinating firework, stimulating imagination and engaging all senses, forcing of every participant to reflection. Everything shows, that School Festivals of Science and Competitions organised in Complex of Public Schools in Czastkow Mazowiecki was just such a performance.
