2 History 1929 Founded by Sig. G. Pedersen 1934
Sig. G. Pedersen establishes boiler sales with Högfors boilers 1968 Sig. G. Pedersen moves to Industriveien in Sandvika 1976 Reflex Winkelmann – business relationship established – expansion vessels 1977 De Dietrich – business relationship established - boilers 1979 Cetetherm heat exchangers and DH stations 1984 First delivery of DH pipes (Stjernerør) 1990 Pump division sold to ”ABS pumper” (now Cardo Flow Systems) and SGP becomes incorporated 2001 SGP aquires Logstors business in Norge 2004 SGP exclusive representative of Alfa Laval i Norge for Comfort diviion 2006 SGP revenue surpasses 50 MNOK 2009 SGP revenue surpasses 100 MNOK

3 SGP today SGP Varmeteknikk currently enjoys a leading position in the Norwegian market as one of the technically leading suppliers in Norway. SGP is based on know, international brand names and offer a wide array of products linked to hydronic heating. The company is currently owned by four equal owners. The company has had a solid economy since it started with a stable ownership situation.
