This machine is using on cable blowing in ducts.The cable diameter is between 4mm and 6mm, we can improve cable diameters range by giving tools for your cable diameters.We need to learn duct diameter to produce machine for your project. REGULATION OF FIBER OPTIC CABLE,DUCT AND NUTRINGS TO CABLE BLOWING First of all demontage fiber optic cable blowing machine exit box as in the figure 1. Push the cable between rolls as in the figure 2 until seeing cable in the exit box. Montage duct as inthe figure 3. When you montage duct you need to be care 2 things first one is push duct until osculation point and the second one is duct fixing parts screws must be tightened welll to not to get out duct and air leak during cable blow. Montage nutrings as in the figure 4.The nutrings side which is with channel must be the same way with cable during cable blowing if nutrings montaged reversed then air leaks happens. After that montage exit box as inthe figure 5 and cable blowing machine is ready to blow cable now MONTAGING AIR AND REGULATING AIR PRESSURES AND OIL FLOWING Make air connection to the cable blowing machine from the quick connection part on figure 6. As you see on figure 6 there are 2 vanes one of them opens and closes the air which goes to the motor the other one opens and closes the air which goes to the duct. The regulator on figure 7 is regulating the air which goes to the duct.As you see on figure 7 you can regulate air by turning regulating part. While you are blowing cable the pressure must be 8 bar in the indicator on figure 7. The regulator on figure 8 is regulating air which goes to the motor.As you see on figure 8 you can regulate air by turning regulating part. While you are blowing cable the pressure must be 6 bar in the indicator on figure 8.We need to send one drop lubrication oil in one minute during motor works. You can regulate air flow with the opening and closing bolt as you can see on the figure 9. Droping oil can be seen on solid part under the bolt on figure 9.If you do not make this lubrication motor can be damage because of working without oil. When you blow cable to the duct you can send oil with air to the duct to reduce friction between duct and cable. You can regulate this as you can see on figure 10. Use the valve on figure 11 to work motor back and forward.
REGULATING ROLL COMPRESSION FORCE AND FIBER AXIS LINE You need to regulate compression force on cable between two rolls to not to damage cable,you can do this with hardness regulating part as in figure 12-a,after this regulating the cable can turn rolls when you pull on right and left side.The fiber optic must move straight on the lines on figure 14-d,you can set this by using screws on figure 13-b. MAINTENANCE The water and different parts which must not be in air is accummulating in the reservoir of air regulation part on figure 15-e.You must clean it. Take out moisture in the reservoir by opening tap under the reservoir. Sometimes later the filter becomes dirty or broken,you need to take out filter as in figure 16.If it is dirty, clean with compressed air and water.İf it is broken you need to change it with new one. The lubrication oil for air motor is filling to the tank on figure 15-f.You need to send oil to the air motor to protect against corrosion because of moisture which goes motor with air. The oil which goes to the duct is filling on the reservoir on figure 15-g. The exit box must be clean as on figure 17. If nutrings and o-rings on figure 17-l and figure 17- k are disturbed,you need to change them with new ones. If you do not make this maintenance air leaks happens on exit box.
