Improve public relations between law enforcement and communities. Well defined intervention protocol, encompassing safety rules for rangers and fishers. Continuous education trainings
Fishery Managers Workshop Action Plan Establish collaborative efforts between FURA, DNER Ranger Corps and Municipal Police. Train a select group of rangers and certify them to train others within their unit. Practice more interpretative enforcement.
