Timeline in 2009 and 2010 July 1, 2009: HI Law effective October 1, 2009 Decree 63/2009/ND-CP and interministerial circulars effective; October 1, 2009: new benefit package effective for new members, Jan 1, 2010: new benefit package for all beneficiaries Jan 1, 2010: Compulsory coverage of school children and students
