13 Lessons Learnt Copyright © TS Consult d.o.o Priorities: Perceptions of time change frequently and dramatically in small teams Cashflow is king – especially in small companies TTP: Talking is not enough – good understanding of the topics and occasional active involvement in discussions helps! Overall: Mismatch in size and operations mode of clients can be a problem and is hard to manage
