4 Construction of a rest home for 60 people in Koncha-Zaspa Object characteristics: Rest resort for children and adults Dozvillya, situated in the Koncha-Zaspa picturesque suburban area of Kiev, on the 30th kilometer of the old Obuhiv highway. Konja-Zaspa is a well-known recreational zone of the Kiev region, in which an elite suburb and recreational complexes are situated. The rest resort use it own infrastructure - water supply and modern technological sewage, energy supply.

5 Construction of a rest home for 60 people in Koncha-Zaspa Brief project description: The project of the reconstruction of building block #4 will give the possibility to build a modern relaxation-recreational complex for the 60 persons Block #4 – is the 3 story building with a total area of 2112 sq m. 27 double-rooms and 3 lux suites, bar ( 38 sq m), conference-hall (77 sq m) and other rooms are located in the building block. The reconstruction of the existing building was done and the construction of new buildings with maximum efficiencies of landscape use as well as using modern building technologies are foreseen. On the adjacent territory the creation of a private resting area with a swimming pool and small architectural forms is planned to be constructed. The current construction progress is 90%. 15 million UAH are already invested in the given object. For the finalization and launch of the given object 2,5 million UAH are yet needed.

8 Reconstruction of a sanatorium Lybid in Truskavets Specialization – sanitary, health and recreational services The project is realized by Turbota Private Company Location – Lviv Oblast, Truskavets, 50 Danylyshynyh Str. Cost of reconstructing the sanitorium – from 10 million UAH Full investment should be done within 2 years in order to secure the payback of the investments within 6-7 years, taking into account the profitability of the project of 15- 20%. The possibility of investment capitalization with a business fraction of 50% is considered.

9 Reconstruction of a sanatorium Lybid in Truskavets Object characteristic: Sanatoriy Lybyd is resting and recreation facility located in the resort area Truskavets. The city of Truskavets is located in a colorful area North to the East Carpathian, 90 kilometers from Lviv. Overall land area – 0,7 hec. Year of construction 1974. The property complex ( 2,500 sq.m.) includes a main building block, boiler room, service block. The main building block contains 24 double rooms, 4 single rooms and 3 two-room lux suites, cafe, administrative buildings.The rooms have a balcony, shower/ bath, WC, refrigerator, TV, internet. Room height – 3 m. Central water- cooling/heating supplying system and sewage, electricity supply, heating system and telephonisation allow the autonomous functionaning of the sanatorium.

10 Reconstruction of a sanatorium Lybid in Truskavets Brief project description: The project of the development of Lybyd foresees the creation of a hotel/sanatorium complex with the total area 5 000 sq.m and expanding the number of rooms up to120 places. The project of reconstruction will include Healing building block Restaurant type cafeteria with bar and VIP hall A gallery and a winter garden Building of the mansard floor in Landscape wellbeing

11 Reconstruction of a sanatorium Lybid in Truskavets Investment appeal of the project: Successful location – in the known and popular resort (m. Truskavets), in the distance a 1 km from a railhead and central pump of mineral waters. Own medical and diagnostic base 2000-2006 – full reconstruction of the main building block and boiler room, service block. Permission on planning and building of medical corps and on the reconstruction of basic corps with building on of mansard floor and reconstruction of cafe-dining-room.

14 Construction of an apartment building on Str. Starokyivska in Kyiv Object characterictic: Area - 0,61 hectares Number of floors - to 24 floors General area - 50 000 sq.m. Dwelling-place - 35 000 sq.m. Area built-in-built on apartments - 6 000 sq.m. Area of underground parking - 9 000 sq.m. Height of apartments – 3 m. Building Term - 2009-2012 In project is planning to use latest European technologies of height building, energykeepings and ecological materials.

15 Construction of an apartment building on Str. Starokyivska in Kyiv Brief project description: 3 residentional sections ( 16 – 24 story buildings) annexed buildings ( 2-3 story ) and a underground parking ( 180 – 200 places) are planning to build. 1-2 floors are to have social and recovery purposes. Up to 4 room apartments, 1 -2 story apartments are foreseeing in the building. The top floors of the building are to have penthouses with great panoramic view. All apartments are "business" and "business+" categories.
