Volunteers Needed Need volunteers to coordinate fundraisers! 42% of volunteer coordinators have backed out. Coordinating is hard and time consuming. Coordinating is NECESSARY to SUCCEED! Coordinators are expected to manage every aspect of one fundraiser. Planning, coordination, recruiting, reminding, managing.
FBL Affiliate Policy Positions that we MUST have (minimum): Program Director – Responsible for oversight of all local affiliate activities (Must maintain an active USL Membership). Chairperson – Fundraising / Concessions Chairperson – Finance Chairperson – FBL Compliance / Coordination Chairperson – Volunteer Coordination Chairperson – Program Expansion Positions must be elected
Fundraising / Concessions Determine the affiliates fundraising program and carry out those responsibilities to insure that adequate fundraising opportunities are offered to each player / parent to assist in meeting their financial obligations to FBL. Additionally, this committee shall be responsible for coordination of game and or other event concessions including but not limited to purchases of supplies, sales, and concession receipts.
Finance Maintain local affiliate financial status in conjunction with the FBL Treasurer, approve local expenditures, collect and deposit local funds, and implement FBL Financial Policies and Procedures
FBL Compliance / Coordination Responsible for obtaining, disseminating, and insurance of compliance with all FBL Policies and Procedures
Volunteer Coordination Responsible for coordinating all volunteer requirements for fundraising, concessions, clinics, field / game requirements, etc.
Program Expansion Responsible for in-school player recruitment, program expansion, and off season player training programs. Unless extenuating circumstances prohibit, the Head Varsity Coaches shall chair this committee.
