3 HR sets up initial performance record in HRMN notification is sent to employees supervisor The HR office sets up the initial performance rating period and review type in HRMN upon the hiring of a new employee or applicable job change of a current employee An is generated by the system when the record is complete. 7 Completed performance review may be reviewed by the Appointing Authority Appointing Authority certifies the review Approval process is complete This process is required for all probationary reviews, or if the performance review has an overall Needs Improvement or Unsatisfactory rating.
