11 The Menu Bar – Home PageThe Home page is divided into sections. For example, on this Home page, you can see Company News and Announcements. The Forms section has links to frequently used forms. 13 Navigating the Web Site – ADP Workforce Now Home Page Now let’s look at how to navigate our Web site. During the presentation, I’ll show you a sample employee record. 14 Navigating the Web Site – Logo and Links The top of the Home page is customized with our company logo and colors. On the right side, you can click Preferences to choose your Language, Content, Communication, and Security preferences. Click Support for 24/7 access to the Support window. 16 Navigating the Web Site – Menu Bar On the menu bar, you’ll use the Home, Resources, and Myself menus (top left) to access various areas.The icons (top middle) give you access to the Message Center, the Calendar, and My Profile.The Global Search field (top right) allows you to search for people or activities, and the magnifying glass icon provides advanced options for the People search.Let’s begin by taking a closer look at the Home page.Note: Our Web site contents may vary.

18 Viewing the Company Directory You can access the company directory from the Global Search field, where you see the words “search directory,” or by clicking the magnifying glass icon.You can also use your mobile device to find colleagues and their contact information. 20 Accessing Online HelpYou can access online Help anywhere in ADP Workforce Now by clicking the Help icon. Online Help displays information that is relevant to the page that you are viewing.For example, you can click the Help icon on the Directory Search page and access the Company Directory Search Tasks Help. 21 Searching Online HelpYou can also use the Help Search field to search for any Help content.For example, if you need to know how to set up a direct deposit, enter set up direct deposit in the Help Search field and click the magnifying glass icon.Then, click any title to view the topic.Note: Our Web site contents may vary.
22 Accessing an ActivityIn the Global Search field, you can also search for a specific Employee Self Service activity.Activities are actions that you can perform, such as reviewing your pay statements. Click Activity to begin your search.Note: Our Web site contents may vary.
