Hannover, 14th November 2008 UEVP GA How to change regulations? Act – Practically no changes in the last 13 years. Slight misstakes in the legal text. Corrections of those were done in the statutes.

Hannover, 14th November 2008 UEVP GA Special Codes CPD code: CPD is obligatory for licensed vets 300 credit points in 3 years Temporal withdrawal of license! Problems after the first period but practically no problem after the 3rd evaluation of fulfilling CPD duties
Hannover, 14th November 2008 UEVP GA Code of Conduct 1 st level – regional ethical committee 2 nd level – national Ethical committee Punishments: - Admonition - Fine – 1-10 times the monthly minimum wage -Temporal or final withdrawal of licence to practice -Expelling from the chamber (no re-entry for 2 years!)
