PROFINET - General or Special, at home in both worlds Standard Ethernet PROFINET Conformity with Standard Ethernet Adapted Ethernet Innovationsschritt gegenüber Wettbewerb: - nicht nur ein Feldbus mit Ethernetphysik, hätten wir mit PB oder IB auch machen können, - dann nur Performancevorteil, der ist klar, hätte auch weniger Aufwand bedeutet aber: - keine Konstrukte für IT-Offenheit (spezielle BG = Kosten/Zeit) - keine spezielle SW im Controller (Problem bei IBS) - nur mit SpezialASICs - keine Wirelessintegration - keine Multicontrollerlösung Nicht reine IT-Mechanismen - für Motion ist TCPIP nicht ausreichend - IRT ist bei PN integration (Haken in der Projektierung) => PN ist der Generalist und deckt alle Anforderungen ab!
