10. Board has hired engineering firm for writing specifications, working with county and city permit offices and overseeing the contractor. Board will help when expertise allows to help keep down costs for engineering firm Work will start in early 2014 Perimeter Sidewalks

13. Sidewalks are estimated by engineering firm at $100,000, or $303 per lot Working closely with NW Tree Specialist, the arborist that the HFVOA uses Engineer to create apple to apples comparisons and oversee work is done according to contract Will grind where possible to save money

14. Once a contractor has been picked, the HFVOA board will host a special meeting to discuss the specifics of the contract available and answers any new questions that arise.
