Human Treg cells express PlexinB1. Human PBMCs were obtained from healthy donors and stained with specific Abs for the indicated cell surface and intracellular markers. Dead cells were eliminated from analysis based on fixable dye exclusion. (A) Human CD3+ cells express Plexin B1 but not NRP-1.
