City will gain a world-class Management and Development team, unprecedented to this area. The Development and Management teams are willing to consider incorporating the current management and employees through a reasonable employee qualification process.

Springbok estimates the City has put $1MM into the course in the last 36 months. The City will spend another $1.2MM in the next 36 months. The City will have General Fund exposure for $2MM in a 72 month cycle.
